-“I would like to note that a condition for the draw of the qualification groups for EURO 2017 is our ranking on the UEFA ranking list, where we are at 40th place, meaning that we are placed at the fifth pot. No matter who will be our opponents in our group, we, the executive board and the players, are determined to keep working on our goals, goals that we have set on the previous four matches and we achieved them by scoring four wins. Two of the previous matches were against teams that have a higher ranking than our team; one was against Romania which is at the 17th place and another against Montenegro which is at the 28th place. Our team played a very quality game on those matches and that gives us hope that we can be up to par any other team, and I don’t see any reason why that wouldn’t be the case at the following matches. Our goals are very clear; team play is our first priority, then to give our maximum efforts, to not overrate our opponent and to believe in our own qualities and opportunities”- stated the head coach of the Macedonian team, Blagoja Milevski.
