The reconstruction started with the removal of the existing base and draining system. Afterwards a new modern draining system and a new grass base will be placed, which was the obligation of the Football Federation of Macedonia in accordance with the contract that was signed with the Municipality of Tetovo.

In the meantime, the Municipality of Tetovo has done the procedure for preparing a feasibility study for modernizing the stadium and its infrastructure, which will lead to the reconstruction of at least one stand and all new official premises.
