The President of the Football Federation of Macedonia, Ilcho Gjorgioski, on February 25 had an official meeting at the Football Federation of Turkey. He met with the President of the Turkish Federation Jildrim Demiroren, where they discussed the possibilities for improving the cooperation among the Federations. They also discussed the proposed regional cup tournament that was initiated by FFM, as well as the upcoming friendly match between the Macedonian and the Turkish U19 teams that will be played on February 26, at 14:00h in Istanbul.
