The President of the Football Federation of Macedonia, Masar Omeragic, and the Director of National Teams, Goran Pandev, were guests of the German Football Federation on the occasion of the celebration of 125 years since the founding of the German Confederation.

At the ceremony held in Leipzig, the guests were addressed by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and among the numerous guests were the presidents of FIFA, Gianni Infantino and UEFA, Aleksander Čeferin, many legendary aces of German and world football, Rudi Völler, Jürgen Klinsmann, Lothar Matthaus, Philipp Lahm, Andriy Shevchenko... as well as the family of the legendary Franz Beckenbauer.

The top people in Macedonian football took the opportunity to talk with the leadership of UEFA and other national associations, exchanging initial experiences about the upcoming challenges in the Nations League and the start of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, as well as current projects within the framework of the FFM.
