Initiated by FFM, today a meeting was held entitled Opening social dialogue between representatives of football clubs from the First MFL and the players' union.

The meeting was organized with the support of the working body composed of representatives of UEFA, ECA (European Club Association), EPFL (The Association of European Professional Football Leagues), FIFPro (Football Association of Trade Unions) and FFM as the national representative body.

The dialogue is an opportunity to find a way and procedure that will implement the minimum criteria for signing professional contracts with players that is in accordance with the autonomous agreement signed at European level, adopted by the Congress of UEFA.

The process was started in a constructive atmosphere where all directly involved parties had the opportunity to contribute.

It is pleasant to note that the open dialogue will contribute to finding better solutions and ensure equal status for both the players and the football clubs.
