At the suggestion of the sports director of the national teams, Goran Pandev, and the technical director of the FFM, Gjorgi Hristov, the Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Macedonia accepted the proposals for new head coaches of the youth national teams:

Dimitar Kapinkovski has been appointed head coach of the Macedonian national team under 18 (generation 2008). Kapinkovski is a former Macedonian national team player and coach of Pelister from Bitola, Pobeda Prilep and Samtredia from Georgia. Kapinkovski was the head coach of the National Football Academy in Bitola until 2019. Gjorgji Stojchev, the coach who won the double title, champion and winner of the Macedonian Cup with Brera Academy Pandev (generation 2008), will be an assistant in Kapinkovski's coaching staff.

Dragan Nachevski has been appointed head coach of the Macedonian national team under 17 (generation 2009). The former Macedonian national team player is part of the coaching staff at the FFM Academy, and also worked as an assistant in the Macedonian national team under 21. Dragan Nachevski led the 2009 generation in ten control / friendly matches last season, and now he gets the chance to lead the talented generation in the qualification cycle that begins this year.

Goran Stankovski has been appointed head coach of the Macedonian national team under 15 (generation 2011). Stankovski is a former player from the champion generation of Sloga Jugomagnat, and as an international he played in Russia, Turkey, Belgium and Germany. Goran Stankovski's coaching career is mostly connected to FK Rabotnicki where he recorded excellent results with the youth categories, and was the leader and sports director of the first team. Goran Stankovski is a former head coach of Macedonia under 17 and 19. In 2018 he was elected the best coach in youth football.

Ilyami Iseni has been appointed head coach of the Macedonian national team under 16 (generation 2010). Iseni led the 2010 generation in six friendly matches last season.

The Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Macedonia has accepted the proposal to appoint a director of the Macedonian national team and a director of the national team under 21.

Dancho Masev has been appointed as the manager of the Macedonian A national team. The former Macedonian international returns to the position he held from June 2018 to September last year. Masev was the manager of the best national team in the moments of greatest success - qualifying for the European Championship and winning first place in the last edition of the League of Nations.

Igor Mitrevski has been named manager of the Macedonian U-21 national team. The Struga native, a former celebrated Macedonian national team player, began his career in Makedonija Vranishta, and later played for Karaorman, Napredok and Sileks. In 2001, he moved to Moscow, to the giant Spartak. He left a deep mark and became the third foreigner with the most appearances for Spartak Moscow, a club with which he played in the Champions League. As an international, he also played in Ukraine, Israel, Azerbaijan and Germany.

The Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Macedonia appointed Borche Hristov as director of the FFM Education Center. Borche Hristov holds a PRO coaching license and in his coaching career led Macedonia Gjorche Petrov, Cementarnica, Veles Borec.

One of the people responsible for the great progress of youth football in Azerbaijan, as general manager of Karabakh. In Azerbaijan, he also worked as an assistant coach in Baku.

The Football Federation of Macedonia would like to thank Nebojsa Markovski, the long-standing director of the Education Center.

The Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Macedonia, in accordance with the promise made by the President of the FFM, Masar Omeragic, has decided to increase the fee (compensation) for referees and controllers.

The fee for referees and controllers for competitions in the First MFL, Second MFL, all youth categories (youth, cadets, pioneers, younger pioneers, roosters, younger roosters), women's youth categories (youth and cadets)has been increased by 40 persent;

The fee for referees and controllers for competitions in the Super League - youth and cadets has been increased by 60 percent.

The fee for referees and controllers for competitions in the First and Second Futsal League and the Women's First and Second League has been increased by 100 percent.

This is only the first phase of the announced increase for referees and controllers. The President of the Competition Commission, Igor Frangovski, will in the next phase make a proposal to increase the fee (compensation) for delegates at MFL matches as well.

The Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Macedonia has decided to lift the ban on the presence of spectators at matches in the northern region of the Children's League. The coaches of the teams participating in the competition are informed to respect the code of fair play and conduct. Any contrary behavior will be subject to disciplinary sanctions. We also call on all parents and spectators in the future to think about the impact that their actions have on children and always behave in a way that supports and encourages positive development. Our priority is to ensure that every child enjoys playing football in a safe and positive environment.

The Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Macedonia has determined the date and venue for the Regular Electoral General Assembly of the Football Federation of Macedonia. The Regular Electoral General Assembly of the FFM will be held on March 15, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM at the Hilton Hotel in Skopje.

The Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Macedonia has decided that the federation will forgo 50 percent of the income generated from the registration of foreign football players. The income that the FFM is forgoing will be redirected to the Municipal Football Associations (OFS).

The Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Macedonia has accepted the proposal for changes to the members of the Board of Coaches of the Football Federation of Macedonia.
