The national team of Macedonia under 21 continues the qualification cycle for the European Championship 2023 in Romania and Georgia.

The selected players of the coach Dragi Kanatlarovski today officially started the preparations for the upcoming March qualifying matches against Serbia and the Faroe Islands.

One of the most constant players this season in the first MFL, member of Macedonia GP and the young national team of Macedonia, Sefer Emini shared his expectations ahead of the two key matches of the qualifiers.

"We expect an extremely difficult match against Serbia. It is a team that has great quality, it will not be easy, but we believe in ourselves and we will try to ensure a positive result. Every match is crucial, so it will be also like that against Serbia and the Faroe Islands. Today we started the preparations, we are looking forward to the next match. The goal is clear, and that is to win three points. We are the favourites against the Faroe Islands, but we have to show that on the field as well. "We are expecting two exciting matches, I hope we will be the ones to win both matches."

On March 24, our young players will play against Serbia in Belgrade starting at 17:00, and on March 29, at the stadium "Todor Proeski" from 18:00 we will welcome the representation of the Faroe Islands.
