The Football Federation of Macedonia organized another successful futsal referees seminar on November 21-22, hosted by UEFA futsal expert Pedro Galan. The event aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of futsal referees across the country.

With over 25 participants from different regions, the seminar focused on key aspects of futsal refereeing, including the latest interpretations of the Laws of the Game, game management techniques, physical fitness and decision-making under pressure. Pedro Galán, renowned for his expertise and contributions to futsal refereeing at the international level, delivered insightful lectures and practical workshops, leaving a lasting impact on all in attendance.

This seminar reflects the FFM’s commitment to developing refereeing standards in Macedonia, ensuring that our match referees are equipped with the knowledge and tools to perform at the highest level. The involvement of a UEFA expert demonstrates the FFM’s commitment to aligning national refereeing practices with European standards.

Participants praised the organization, content of the seminar and the invaluable opportunity to learn from one of UEFA’s top experts. As a follow-up to this event, the FFM plans to organize further educational activities to support the continuous development of futsal referees.
