The Macedonian A futsal national team suffered another defeat against Portugal in the 4th round of the European Championship qualifiers, which will be held in Latvia and Lithuania in 2026.

The team of the head coach Vasko Skenderovski was defeated 3:0 in Odivales, Lisbon.

In the previous round of the qualifiers, on home field, in the "Jane Sandanski" sports hall, Macedonia lost to Portugal with a convincing 5:1.

Hugo Miguel gave Portugal a 1:0 lead. The same player scored the second goal for Portugal to increase the lead. The final 3:0 was set by Bruno Coelho.

In the qualifiers so far, Macedonia has a record of three defeats and one draw.
