The football national team of Macedonia under the age of 21, tomorrow in Almere, starting at 20:00, is expecting a duel with the Netherlands in a match of the qualifiers for the placement of the European Championship, which will be held in Slovakia in 2025.

Our young footballers will have their last official training session tonight at 20:00 at the Janmar Stadium, Almere before tomorrow's match.

One of the key players of the generation led by Dragi Kanatlarovski, Andrej Stojchevski gave his comments and vision about the upcoming challenges of Macedonia.

- Above all, tomorrow it is most important that we all be healthy, physically and mentally ready for tomorrow's challenge. A difficult match against a strong opponent awaits us and we will have to be maximally concentrated throughout the entire 90 minutes.

- We are aware of the quality that the Netherlands has, a national team that is one of the best in Europe, but we are also aware of our potential, which we need and I hope we will show in tomorrow's match. Only with a lot of struggle and great faith in ourselves, we can hope for a positive result.

- Every match is different, each of us who are part of this national team, including me, gave our best and will continue to give it, no matter who we play against. We managed to achieve positive results in matches where it was believed that we could not do it.

- We started very well in these qualifications, but we did not manage to continue in the same rhythm. Too often we had a lapse of concentration at key moments, something that ended up costing us many points.

- We are moving on, there is no teaching, new matches from the qualifiers are ahead of us. I expect from all of us a maximum sacrifice, a lot of fight and running, all with the aim of returning to the winning ways like at the beginning of the qualification.

- Everyone should be ready to give their maximum when playing for Macedonia, because not everyone had the opportunity to be part of the national team. I believe and hope that in the next four matches we will win as many points as possible, for a better ranking

In  September, the young national team will play another match of the qualifiers away from home against the selection of Gibraltar.
