Macedonia under 17 recorded a victory over Estonia in the last match of the qualifying tournament in Iceland

The young national team of Macedonia under 17 recorded the first triumph at the qualifying tournament in Iceland for placement in the next elite round of qualifications.

In the third round, the chosen ones of the head coach Rade Karanfilovski recorded a victory over the corresponding selection of Estonia with 4:2. Macedonia finished this qualifying tournament in third place with 3 points won.

The player of the match was the young Stefan Brankovski, who played exceptionally well and scored three goals.

The first goal for Macedonia was the work of Grasheski in the 19th minute. Brankovski scores for 2:0 in the 28th minute. By the end of the first part, our young footballers, with Brankovski's second goal, reach a convincing advantage of 3:0.

In the continuation of the match, Alama scored in the 56th minute to reduce the advantage. Brankovski scored his third goal in today's match in the 76th minute to restore the decisive advantage. In the 90th minute, the Estonian national team scored an honorable goal for the final 4:2.

In the second match of our group, Iceland and Spain played to a 2:2 draw.
