Macedonian national representation U21 this morning arrived in Saint Martin- Mur, in Croatia, where it will be a participant od the strong control tournament organized by  the Croatian Football Federation.

Today, our young footballers did their first training session after their arrival.

The goalkeeper of the young national team of Macedonia under 21 and a member of Voska Sport, Ivan Nikoloski, shared his expectations before the first match against the representation of Albania.

It is really a great pleasure to be a participant in such a strong international tournament, no matter if it is a control one. We try our best in every training, we work hard and dedicatedly. The atmosphere in the national team is excellent, we want to continue achieving positive results. We expect two difficult matches against difficult representations like Albania and Saudi Arabia. ". We started well, with two wins over the excellent Bosnian representation. We are hoping for victory and winning the tournament in Croatia, for an even greater increase in our confidence. We have the quality and potential to succeed in qualifying for the European Championship, which is our main goal. We will be fully prepared for the upcoming qualifications in March. We all function very well in the team, we know each other very well, considering that most of us were part of the national team  under 18 and under19 years old, which is our great advantage.

In addition to our representation, the national teams of Albania, Saudi Arabia and the host Croatia will take part in the control tournament.

We play the first match against Albania on September 23. Three days later, we will compete against the Saudi Arabian team.
