The  national team of Macedonia under 17 years was defeated by the corresponding selection of Romania within the first control match played between these two selections.

At the "Petar Milosevski" training center, despite the good play, the team of coach Vujadin Stanojkovic was unlucky and lost by a narrow result of 3:2. Maksimilian Dimitrievski scored both goals for our national team. We played an open game, we created scoring opportunities, but we were unlucky in in the end we lost. The opponent took advantage of his opportunities and managed to win.
