The Macedonian A national team played only 1:1 in the away game against the Faroe Islands from the new edition of the League of Nations.

Ennis Bardhi scored from the penalty spot after the hosts had the advantage after the first 45 minutes. We missed three 100 percent chances to win.

In the first half, Faroe Islands took a 1:0 lead in the 9th minute, after a suspicious foul by Iljazovski in the penalty area, the referee awarded a penalty. The most severe punishment was carried out by captain Davidsen.

Our football players missed an excellent opportunity to get back into the game with results, after Churlinov scored from a clear position in the 19th minute. Miovski played it well, and after lobbing past the goalkeeper, Churlinov then shot into the block of one of the home defenders.

In the 37th minute, Mitrovski tried from a distance, but again we did not hit the Faroe Islands net.

In the second half, coach Milevski made two substitutions, Alioski and Qamili entered the game.

At the very start of the extension, Alimi forced a penalty for Macedonia. Captain Ennis Bardi was a reliable scorer to equalize at 1:1.
