The Macedonian Futsal A team played a 1:1 draw against the Andorran national team at home in the qualifiers for the 2026 European Championship.

Our best futsal team at the "Jane Sandanski" sports hall failed to justify its role as the favorite and played only a draw against the outsider in our group.

The first goal of today's match was scored by Petrovic in the 33rd minute and brought Macedonia into the lead. The futsal player scored after an assist from Ramadan, but the joy was short-lived.

The opponent immediately responded and tied the score through Josep Segura.

Macedonia faced the favorite in the group, the Netherlands, in the previous round and lost 4:2 on the away field.
