Goran Stanić has been appointed head coach of the Macedonian national team under 21. Stanić is the current coach of FK Rabotnicki - tied for first place after the first part of the current season in the MFL and former head coach of the youth national teams under 17 and 19 - qualified for the Elite Phase of the 2017 (MKD under 17) and 2019 (MKD under 19). At the European Championship - EURO 2020, he was part of the coaching staff of the Macedonian A national team.

From the position of head coach of the Macedonian national team under 21, the FFM 

Executive Committee dismissed Dragi Kanatlarovski, who had been the leader of Macedonia under 21 since 2021. The series of poor results of the youth national team are the main reason for Kanatlarovski's dismissal.

The Football Federation of Macedonia thanks Dragi Kanatlarovski for everything he did during his time in the national team and we wish him much success in the future.

The Executive Committee of the FFM has decided to dismiss the coaches of the Macedonian youth national teams.

Vujadin Stanojković has been dismissed from the position of coach of the Macedonian U19 team, generation – 2006. Under Stanojković’s leadership in 2024, Macedonia did not record a win in the qualifiers. They achieved three wins in friendly matches, three draws and four losses.

Rade Karanfilovski has been dismissed as head coach of Macedonia U17, generation 2008. Three wins, ten losses and one draw in 2024.

Dragan Nachevski has been dismissed as head coach of Macedonia U16, generation 2009. Three wins, six losses and one draw in friendly matches.

Iseni Ilami has been dismissed as head coach of Macedonia U15, generation 2010. Three wins and three losses in friendly matches in 2024.

The FFM Executive Committee has only extended the contract with the head coach of Macedonia U18, Erhan Selimi. Selimi is just starting his term on the bench of the Macedonian U18 national team. There has been no gatherings with the 2007 generation so far.

On January 12, 2025, at the proposal of Goran Pandev - Director of National Teams and Gjorgi Hristov - Technical Director, proposed names for new selectors of the youth national teams will be submitted.

Total number of matches of the youth national teams in 2024: 63 16 wins, 12 draws and 35 losses.

The Executive Committee of the FFM has decided to supplement the single list of controllers for 2025. The list of controllers is supplemented with Aleksandar Stavrev, Dejan Jakimovski, Dejan Kostadinov, Josip Barton and Biljana Milanova. Milanova is a FIFA referee and for the first time in Macedonian football, a woman is in the structures of the refereeing organization.

The FFM Executive Committee has decided on a new referees' board consisting of Aleksandar Stavrev - president, Ilir Selja - vice president, Dimitar Mechkarovski - member, Dejan Jakimovski - member, Dejan Kostadinov - member.

New expert external collaborators have been appointed to the referees' board: Josip Barton, Nikola Karakolev, Goran Spirkoski, Marjan Kirovski, Blagoj Šuklev, Dženan Hajdari, Isa Emruli, Igor Širilov, Zorančo Temelkov, Biljana Milanova, Zorančo Ilievski and Branko Manojloski.

A Commission for the Delegation of Referees has been formed, consisting of: Josip Barton - president, Zorančo Ilievski - member, Dženan Hajdari - member.

A Commission for the Delegation of referee observers has been formed, consisting of: Nikola Karakolev - President, Branko Manojloski - Member and Igor Shirilov - Member.

Committee for the Implementation of the VAR System: Dejan Jakimovski, Dimitar Mechkarovski, Marjan Kirovski, Goran Spirkoski, Josip Barton and Nikola Karakolev.

Committee for the Delegation of Women's Football: Ilir Selja - Delegation of Referees and Biljana Milanova - delegating referee observer.

The FFM Executive Committee has approved the request of OFS Strumica to lift the suspension of OFS Strumica. With the entry into force of this decision, the legal and sporting consequences of OFS Strumica cease;

The Executive Committee  of FFM, at the session after receiving notification of certain irregularities in OFS Ohrid, decided that there will be no representative from FFM at the scheduled Assembly of OFS Ohrid. The Commission in charge of supervising the election process has the obligation to immediately check the allegations of irregularities and to inform the Executive Committee as soon as possible. The assemblies of the Municipal Football Associations that do not have a legitimate representative appointed by the Executive Committee  of FFM with a duly written power of attorney, a certain seal and a certified archive number do not produce legal actions towards FFM and the same will not be recognized by FFM.

The current member of the Executive Committee, Lazar Rakidziev from OFS Veles, has resigned from the highest body in FFM, from all bodies and organs of FFM and in general, announced his withdrawal from football. The President of FFM, Masar Omeragic, thanks him for his activities in FFM so far.
