The Football Federation of Macedonia feels the need to give a statement about the incidents that occurred at the end of the match of the semi-finals of the Macedonian Youth Cup between FC “Shkupi 1927” and FC “Vardar”.

The Football Federation of Macedonia stands strongly against any form of violence at the football fields and will continue to fight against hooliganism with all means necessary. As the governing body of football in the country, we will always stand against hate speech, impatience, verbal offences and any form of violence against individuals or groups of any football club.

The Committee of Youth Football convened an emergency session that will decide on the suspension of the field of FC “Shkupi 1927” and the club will be under advisement by the Disciplinary Committee due to poor organization of the match that was played on April 15, 2015. After gathering all the documents and statements from the appointed match officials (match delegate, match referees, members from both football clubs and part of the football players), the Disciplinary Committee of FFM will press charges against everyone that is involved in the incident.

The Football Federation of Macedonia works and acts in accordance with the UEFA and FIFA regulations and are applied equally to every participant of the game of football in Macedonia.

The Competitions Committee, the Disciplinary Committee and the Statute and Regulations Committee of FFM work and act after a complaint has been filed by a match official and the sanctions are determined in accordance with the disciplinary regulations and competitions regulations of FFM that are published in the official journal –Makfootball.

As in the past, we call for reason, temperance and integrity in the process of solving problems. The Football Federation of Macedonia is the only legitimate place in the country where you can create and lead official policies and whose decisions may influence the necessary changes.
