The Football Federation of Macedonia with its representatives participated in the annual club licensing workshop in Belgrade organized by UEFA.

Club licensing systems and financial sustainability are one of the important segments in European football. Their aim is to further promote and continuously raise the standard of football, not only from the aspect of the game. The protection and long-term sustainability of club football in men's and women's competition is also important.

As part of UEFA's ongoing support for the implementation of club licensing and financial sustainability, this year, UEFA's annual conference on club licensing and financial sustainability was held in Belgrade.

The event was attended by licensors from all 55 national associations and other football contributors. The annual conference is an excellent platform for exchange of experiences and discussion, addressing the latest changes in the regulatory framework, providing system updates and offering the opportunity to share best practices and information related to European club football.

Among the topics discussed were: financial sustainability, club monitoring, women's football, talent and competitions, communications, solidarity scheme for non-competitive clubs, social responsibility and sustainability.

The Football Federation of Macedonia was represented at the annual UEFA conference by Gorancho Kostovski - license manager, Aleksandra Gjurcinovska - deputy license manager, Aleksandar Spasovski - expert in financial criteria and Aleksandar Najdovski - president of the Licensing Commission.
