- The Executive Board of the Football Federation of Macedonia at today's session made a decision to start a procedure for construction of a new National team stadium within the "House of Football" in the Municipality of Aerodrom.

The Football Federation of Macedonia together with the Municipality of Aerodrom is the holder of the project. In the construction of the capital football facility, the support of the Government of the Republic of N.Macedonia is extremely important.

The project for the new national stadium is directly supported by funds from UEFA and FIFA through programs to improve the football infrastructure.

"Encouraged by the sincere desire and openness for assistance and support from the Municipality of Aerodrom and the Mayor Mucunski, but also the state institutions, after several meetings with the responsible people in UEFA and FIFA, together with the members of the Board at FFM we made a decision to build a new, National stadium within the "House of Football".

We are starting a procedure for the construction of a stadium with a minimum capacity of 12,000 spectators according to all the criteria of UEFA and FIFA for playing club and national team matches of the highest rank.

"Our obligation as the Football Federation of Macedonia is to contribute to the progress of football, and the best way to confirm that is through the construction of a stadium that will mark the time that brings us the greatest football successes in our history," said the president of FFM. Muamed Sejdini.

- At the session of the Board of FFM, a decision was made to appoint Rade Karanfilovski as coach of the Macedonian National team under 14, while Dashmir Beari was appointed coach of the Macedonian National team under 15;

-At today's meeting of the Executive Board of FFM, the dates of the final matches in the Cup of Macedonia in the following competitions were determined:

- Junior Pioneers (01.06.2022)

- Pioneers (01.06.2022)

- Cadets (02.06.2022)

- Youth (02.06.2022)

- Women's competition (18.05.2022)

The final of the Macedonian Cup in senior competition will be played on May 20 at the National Arena "Todor Proeski" in Skopje.
