The head coach of the Macedonian A national team, Blagoja Milevski, gave an explanation at a press conference regarding the players called up for the matches of our best representation from the League of Nations against Georgia (Tbilisi, September 23) and Bulgaria (Skopje, September 26).

Blagoja Milevski - head coach of the Macedonian A national team:

"It is not by chance that there are 27 football players on the list. We have a lot of problems and unplanned things regarding the health and form of several football players. I am not satisfied with that and for that reason so many footballers have been called up. Also, some of the players do not have clubs, several of them, it is said, found a club the other day, not to mention the form. Everyone has to fit the shape they are in. We have reached a level that may be surprisingly high not only for our fans, but also more widely, and it is incumbent upon all of us now to remain at this level, with a tendency to be better."

"These guys regularly surprise us, especially when the team is facing problems. The boys always show that they are able to put themselves to work for the team. Those problems give us additional motivation and while there are chances we will do our best to fight for the highest ranking. We use these matches in the League of Nations to shape the image of the team for what it should look like in the future."

"Regarding the health, we have problems with Darko Churlinov, he needs to go for additional examinations and then we will know the situation, but I hope that nothing is serious. As for Ilija Nestorovski, he is a player who has given a lot to Macedonia and currently he does not deserve to be called up just to play five to ten or 15 minutes. When Nestorovski is called up, I plan to use him with maximum minutes, and currently Milan Ristovski and Bojan Miovski are in advantage because they are in better shape."
