The Referee Board at FFM has been taking the initiative for a long time after each round of the First and Second League to come up with a complete expert analysis of the controversial moments  which the football public has questions and to explain them in a professional manner based exclusively on UEFA and FIFA refereeing  criteria . All possible refereeing situations are analyzed.

In the analysis that is released to the public, conducted exclusively according to UEFA criteria after each round of play, only disputed situations that would be detrimental to the match are included, namely:

- Scored a goal (goal) or not scored a goal (goal)

-Obvious scoring chance or Promising action

-Direct red card or yellow card

- Penalty kick offense (hand position, intensity...)

- Offside or Onside

The rest of the analyzed referee decisions, i.e. situations (criteria for awarding a yellow card, movement, placement, authority, etc.) are completed in video materials (clips) and at all subsequent referee educational seminars held by the Referee Organization with all football referees from Macedonia we equalize the criteria EXCLUSIVELY in accordance with UEFA and FIFA criteria.

The Referee Board at FFM, with its expertise and experience in refereeing, fully stands behind every referee's analysis released to the public, always based on UEFA and FIFA criteria and always in favor of the football public, to be transparent and fair in every respect.

All matches from the FIRST and SECOND leagues are analyzed with the presence of:

- Controller of the match, who after the end of the match has the entire match in a video file and analyzes the entire match in the presence of the entire refereeing team.

- Mentor. The referee organization fully fulfills the obligation signed with UEFA to mentor Talent referees.

And after the end of the match, the Mentor has the entire match in a video file and analyzes the entire match.

-Video (stream) control. All matches that are streamed on the FFM-TV channel, i.e. broadcast live on some of the Macedonian i.e. Sports TV and YouTube channels, are controlled by a controller and all remarks are coordinated with the controller or mentor of the given match.

We think that this way of working, monitoring a match with two or in many cases three controllers, contributes a lot, first of all to the improvement of refereeing, transparency and, above all, clean football.
